When i try click on the "Message us now" button on the bottom of the screen, this error message shows up "Your session has expired. Please close this window and start a new conversation in order to resume." I have tried logging out and logging back in several times.

Other than logging out and logging back in, we'd generally suggest clearing your cookies/cache/temporary files etc. If this doesn't work, give our Contact Centre a call on 13 17 19 so that they can look into what could be happening here, and manage this for you if need be.
