I am currently overseas & my card was declined by the overseas company I tried to make a purchase with. But Bankwest charged me a minute fee. It's not the fee amount, it's the principle of the issue!! I've not made a purchase yet I'm charged by Bankwest!!!
Is is this normal or more to the point.... is it LEGAL!!!
