To access my account, I have to use part password, and part code sent to me. I don't like this and want to turn it off, only using an normal password.
Can this function be turned off?

This does sound odd @qbojames, as usually you would only need a 2nd code for logging in if you have forgotten your secure code or are using a token for Online Business Banking. If you can give us a call on 13 17 19, we can look into this for you.
