If you've been able to log in to your Online Banking, you can do this via the "My Details and Security > Change Secret Questions" tab. You'll need to have your registered mobile phone handy, as an SMS Code is required to complete the process.
If you need your Secret Questions reset in order to access your Online Banking, you'll first need to be verbally identified for us to assist. Our Contact Centre are available 24/7 by calling 13 17 19 within Australia, or +61 8 9486 4130 from overseas. This is a reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
