Hi @Lightbodl, thanks for your enquiry. Whilst you won't be able to change the current type of savings account you have, you can certainly apply to have a new and separate Hero Saver account. This can be done within your Online Banking, through the "Product & Offers > Apply For A Product" tab. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre and speak with a Sales Consultant, on 13 17 19 between the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am - 6pm AWST
Saturday: 8am - 4pm AWST
Sunday: 8am - 12:30pm AWST
