Just activated my new card but having trouble setting my PIN as I can’t find the ‘self service menu’ on the Mobile website or the bankwest app.
If if someone could please shed some light 😅

Hey @NickGoodo , you'll need to be using the Full Site to set a PIN - this isn't available via the mobile version or the app at the moment sorry!
Depending on your device, you can just select "Switch to Full Site" or "Go to Online Banking" to do this.
