Card not working

Tried to use my MasterCard in Russia and the PIN did not work (three times to lock out).
Have gone online and reset the card PIN.
Can someone email me or call me to confirm my card is active?

HI @RobertS, thanks for your question. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum or via email, however if you can log into online banking and send us a Bankmail message we can look into this for you. To send a Bankmail you'll need to log into online banking via http://www.bankwest.com.au, and select "Message centre" from the left hand menu, and then "Bankmail".
