Hi,
I had tried on many occasions to sign up for paperless system for my account. But gor nowhere as I cany find my PAN number under my name but several numbers above my name. I cant remember the secret code and as I reside overseas I doi noit want to waste money calling from aborad for advice. I had written to your bank in August 2017 to register for this paperless arrangement to save fees but did not get any response or confrmation from your end. Please help as this is most frustrating as it is such a simple process.

Hi @ChngChyeTong, I'm sorry to hear this.
Your PAN is listed on any account statements you have previously received via the post, underneath your Account Information and Statement Period. Your PAN would have also been issued to you either via the post or email, when your accounts were first opened. If you're still unable to locate this, and if you also need to reset your Secure Code for Online Banking we would need to verbally identify you, so we would ask you to call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130* from overseas. I do apologise, however we aren't able to identify you via Social Media and therefore are unable to view your accounts.
*This is a 24/7 Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
Can you please also confirm the email address you had used to contact us previously, as I would like to have this looked into and addressed.
Thank you.
