I have tried to log in online but it keeps saying that my secure code is wrong, when I know it's right. I then click "reset secure code" and type in my details, but when it says "send sms code" and I click on it, it does not send a code causing me to not get the reset code. Please help as going on call is not a option for me. Thank you.
