Cannot log in to online banking

I am overseas at the moment and tried to log into my online banking, but it said that there is a problem with my PAN. 

What should I do?

I am currently overseas and have no access to international or overseass calls. Will it be possible to reset my password by email if safe.. thanks

Hi @Virginia69, thanks for getting in touch.

If you have access to your registered Australian mobile, you'll actually be able to do this by following these steps. If not, for security purposes we would need to speak with you over the phone.

 

Our Contact Centre are available 24/7 by calling +61 8 9486 4130 if you can access a landline overseas. This is a 24/7 reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.

If you aren't able to call us, please send your full name, Forum username and best contact number (including any country/area codes and time zone) to Forum@bankwest.com.au and we'll get in touch with you.

In response to the above message, my full name is ******* ********, USERNAME IS VIRGINIA69 AND MY CONTACT NUMBER IN PHILIPPINESIS *****************, TIME ZONE IS SAME AS WESTERN AUSTRALIA WHICH IS 2 OR 3 HRS IN FRONT FROM THE EAST. MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS *********************  in case you want to contact me by email as signal or line connection is poor in our area.
