I cannot log in my online bankng. I am currently living in Singapore and do not have an Australian phone number.
Could the reason be because you now need a 2 factor authentication?
If not, please assist me to reset my password - what number do I call from overseas for assistance?

Hi @Eddie, sorry to hear you've been having some trouble accessing your Online Banking.
You're right - 2FA is necessary to reset your Secure Code yourself. If you no longer have access to your registered Australian mobile to receive the SMS Code, then we'll need to identify you over the phone to do this for you.
You can call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130 from overseas. This is a 24/7 reverse charges number when calling from a landline, though as you would need to contact the international operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
