Cannot access personal online banking

When i search up bankwest and click on the website everything loads normally, however when i click on personal banking it says everytime that the sight cannot be reached. This has been the case for over a month now on my laptop. This is the same result both on Safari and Google Chrome. I have not changed my browsing settings so I am unsure of why this is occuring. This is quite frustrating as I much prefer to bank on my computer rather than my phone, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @woodec0402, we're aware of an issue that was affecting Online Banking logins. Can I ask you to completely close down your browser then re-open, and login entering www.bankwest.com.au in the address bar? If this doesn't work, try clearing your Cookies/Cache/Temporary Internet Files, or if possible try a different browser - and let me know how you go. Thank you

I have exact same thing, started happening a few days ago. Today my mum mentioned the same thing is happening for her... If you open a new tab in incognito it works... Totally weird.
