Cannot access internet from Bankwest App

I have never been able to use the Bankwest App from my phone because it always responds with a ‘ cannot access internet’ message. There is nothing wrong with my internet access on my phone otherwise. I can access my account on my iPad when I use the iPad App. Any suggestions?

Hi @Sarahrhodson deleting and re-installing the app should help with this. If you still receive the error message, it may be because your internet connection isn't secure enough. I'd recommend trying using the cellular network, or another WIFI network.
