I have already set statement options to online, but I still cannot order any estatement, only paper statement is available.
How to solve this problem?

Hi @Surmountit, to arrange an up to date statement, please click the 'Message us now' button located to the bottom of your online banking screen. Our Online Messaging Team are available 24/7 365.
This will be populated and available for you the following business day from the 'eStatements' menu option.
