Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can't seem to access my eStatements on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Note 4). Everytime I try, a window pops up advising me 'PDF reader required' with the options to 'Cancel' or 'Download'.
However, I already have a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed. So I tried installing other PDF readers, such as Google PDF Viewer and Polaris Office, without sucess.
I have also tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it as well as clearing the cahche on my mobile. Again, no success.
Any thought on what I can do which might help?
