Can't Access Self Service Menu

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to activate my card and have been told to go to the "self service" window in online banking and I can't find it anywhere?

Hi @BlakeHay48, no troubles.

The "Self Service" tab is located under the "Message Centre" tab within your Online Banking, on the left side of the screen, second tab from the bottom. Please note that this is only available using the Full Site, and not via the app or on the Mobile Site.
