Can't Access Self Service Menu

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to activate my card and have been told to go to the "self service" window in online banking and I can't find it anywhere?

Hi @BlakeHay48, no troubles.

The "Self Service" tab is located under the "Message Centre" tab within your Online Banking, on the left side of the screen, second tab from the bottom. Please note that this is only available using the Full Site, and not via the app or on the Mobile Site.

Hi @taylamorgan1948, you'll need to be accessing the full site to do this.

Once logged in, select "Self Service > Manage My Cards" from the left side menu, and then choose your "Card to Manage" from the drop list.

 

Make sure you have your registered mobile phone handy, as an SMS Code is required to complete this process.

Is there a way the self service menu can be accessed from a mobile device? I was looking forward to do all my banking from my iPad.

Also when logging in with a CC, I can’t see a message Center tab after I logged in to my new business account.

the tabs I see are payments and transfers, apply for a product, user maintenance, customer service, alerts, international trade, term deposit.

Hi @RalfC, you may be able to access it via the web browser on your iPad, providing you select the full site option. In regards to the message centre, this is a feature exclusive to personal online banking and not currently available in OBB. Thanks.
