Can I use debit card to pay credit card amount?

I need to pay my insurance.  It only accepts credit card payment. But I only have your bank's Master debit card. Of course I know I should have enough money in my debit card. If yes, will it be any extra charges?

Hi @Ben-Li, there won't be charges from our end to use your Debit Mastercard with an Australian company, however if the company are based overseas you would be charged a foreign transaction fee which is 2.95% of the transaction amount. It's also a good idea to check with them before making the payment to ensure they don't charge a surcharge for paying credit. Thanks!
