To stop a scheduled payment that was set up using your online banking, you'll first need to log into your online banking, then;
1. Click 'Payments & transfers'
2. Click 'Scheduled payments'
3. Click on the orange payment number
4. Click 'delete' in the bottom right hand corner
If the transfer doesn't show as a scheduled payment in your online banking, it's likely that it was set up over the phone or in store. In this case you'll need to chat with us so we can cancel the transfer for you. You can chat with by clicking the Chat Now button on the bottom of your online banking page, or calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19.
