Hi team! I just logged on to my account via desktop and noticed that there's a couple of 'bank mail' notifications in there. As I usually access my account via mobile though (and I don't recall ever seeing a bank mail option in there?), would you consider adding an extra layer where customers can opt-in to have bank mail notifications forwarded to their primary email? Just a thought anyway, keep up the good work!

Great question/suggestion @nikdigital however the main reason we don't do this is due to security and privacy as email introduces too much risk to our customers based on interception as well as Bankwest becoming more subjected to fraud attempts.
Bankmail provides a secure and direct connection between our authenticated customers (logged in to Online Banking) and our internal systems.
