Bpay submitted with an error

I submitted a bpay payment and it came up with an error saying submitted with an error, and something about incorrect processing date. This payment doesn't appear in my history and i am not sure if it was successful. How can i find this out?

Hi @MarkWhiffin, thanks for your enquiry.


Generally speaking, if you're unable to view a payment in your transaction listing or via the Payment History tab, it was not successfully processed and no funds have left your account.


For security reasons we can't see your account(s) via the Forum, however if you would like this looked into for some clarification (and hopefully some peace of mind!), you're welcome to speak with our Contact Centre on 13 17 19.


Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance with this.
