Despite the note for Bankmail attachment stating you can attach a maximum of two files of 4mb, I was not able to attach a file larger than 1Mb. If the file is larger it attempts to upload the file three times and then Bankmail displays an error page stating the site could not be found. Under 1Mb it uploads as expected the first time

Hi @Bcranage we are aware of some issues affectiving some customers being able to attach files to BankMail messages. What we've found, is that ensuring all of the below are completed before attempting to attach a file should help
- Ensure the file size is less than 2mb
- The file name must be 8 charactures or less (eg, form.pdf)
- Type bankwest.com.au into the URL bar each time (don't use any saved links/bookmarks/favourites)
- Clear the cookies/cache/temporary files on your web browser.
Should the above steps not work, you can email the form to email@example.com.
Please note that we will be unable to provide any account specific information through emails received to this address.
I do just want to let you know that if you choose to email a copy of any documentation to us, you do so at your own risk. As this is an unsecured means of communication, there is a risk your information could be viewed by others if it is intercepted or sent to an incorrect address, and Bankwest assumes no responsibility for this. If you have any concerns about emailing information to us please provide it by other means. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the prompt follow up.
I was using a windows7 professional 64bit environment. From your description sounds like you have a few issues to resolve.
Given the direction of closing branches because customers are using more on line facilities, I would strongly urge you to at least fix up the attachment note to guide people what format attachments should take. The current note is clearly wrong.
