I'm currently travelling overseas and bankwest have currently cut me off for the second time... bit of an issue when i can't pay for somewhere to sleep...
i had discussed back in july with them that i would returning to australia in october and give my credentials then just so i could have access to my funds we had worked out an arrangement that they would change my address to overseas and when i return i could work out my identification.
at the moment i have no way to contact them because they don't seem to have an email - last time they were calling me... i really don't know what to do! can anyone help with a solution because i'm desperate.
