BankMail error

Hi Bankwest,

 

I received a BankMail and replied to it. But I received the following error as a new BankMail - pasting here for you to check the systems. Cheers.

 

from:

Mail Delivery System

subject:

Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

The following message to <do-not-reply@bankwest.com.au> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.4.1 All recipient addresses rejected : Access denied [ME1AUS01FT004.eop-AUS01.prod.protection.outlook.com]'

Hey @rvry you've received this error as you've tried to reply to a 'do not reply' email. 

 

You can send your reply by composing a new BankMail. Alternately, our Online Messaging Team will be happy to help and you'll receive a much quicker response.
