Depending on how the funds were sent, it can take between 3 - 5 business days for them to arrive and clear to your account. For security reasons we won't be able to view or provide any personal information via the Forum, however you can login to your Online Banking and select "Message us Now" or call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time to have a consultant look into this for you.
