I want to remove some of my recipients from my BPay payments list. I have not been able to do this under 'Manage Recipients' which only allows me to delete individuals from my Pay Anybody list. Please advise how I can do this.

Hi @53759983, if you log into online banking via your computer you should be able to follow the below steps to delete a BPAY® Biller.  If you do need any further help please just let me know.

How to delete a BPAY® Biller I previously saved?

  1. select manage recipients from the payments & transfers menu
  2. select BPAY® from the drop-down list
  3. select an existing biller and click delete

So it’s been a couple of years and this functionality is not part of the mobile app, your inability to adapt to changing trends makes me think Bankwest is not worth my time anymore.

I'm very sorry to hear you feel this way @zzdavlan

You still may be able to aceess BPay View from a mobile device (pending your device settings) by selecting "Go to Online Banking" from the Mobile App and logging in there. Some devices will still automatically log you in with the mobile version of the site, so you'll need to ensure you are selecting "Switch to Full Site" if this happens.

I understand that this is probably not the answer that you were hoping for, and I have passed your feedback on to our Mobile Team.
