The current IPAd app is only displaying the last 8 digits of the customer reference instead of the full 9 digits. As this field is not editable, the app displays and error message about the customer reference being wrong, and therefor you can not complete the transaction for paying the bill

I have tried the same transaction on the full online banking site and had the same problems. This suggests that the issue maybe a BPayView issue rather than a Bankwest problem.
The two transactions I have a problem with are from the same biller who has just changed their bill format.
I have now contacted the biller and requested them to investigate.

Problem is now solved. The two BPay bills have been reissued following my follow up with the biller, and the full 9 digit referference number is now coming across.
