I done a b pay for the first time this morning 6:40am wst. I have the reference number and it states processed but the payment still hasn't got to the receiver. All information entered correctly etc ..

 Same state transaction etc and has gone to an government body 

Why hasn't it at least been received by them ?,

Hey @Thowe29, thanks for reaching out.

While payments made before cut-off times are acknowledged as ‘paid’ by the biller on the same business day that the payment is made, the funds may not be available in the biller’s account for up to 3 business days - this link may help with some further information.
