Why can't I tag a BPAY Biller with another title? I have biller code 75556 (TAX OFFICE) five times because they want me to pay to separate accounts for different payments. When I am ready to pay, I have to access my record of reference numbers outside the website and it is frustrating to pull that detail from somewhere else. An optional simple text field against each Biller entry would solve the problem.
I know it is possible because other banks including CBA and ANZ offer this option.

you can modify the Bpay biller nicknames. Go to banking on line, sign in, go to payments and transfers click on that, go to manage recipients, click on that, there's a little box with list type at the top left, click on that, select BPAY, you will get your BPAY list, select the biller with the check box, select modify you will get a modify bpay biller page, set up your new name for your biller, you may get a SMS to your mobile to get a code to confirm, if so then do that. Job done, makes life simpler.

This is correct @Bhall - it is possible to modify the Biller Name this way.
While generally it's just the Biller Code and Reference Number needed to ensure the transfer processes correctly, it is always best to check with the biller first to ensure the name change isn't an issue

Thanks for the response. If I change the BPAY name on internet banking, does it get included in my transaction?
Although @Bhall's response helps to some extent, there should be a 4th field to save the nickname. That's what CBA and ANZ offers. The actual Biller Name, Biller Code, and Reference stays the same on their website and you add your own preferred nickname to easily remember the biller entry. Customer experience, you see.
