Hi @Michelleold, I'm sorry to hear this.
Just to clarify, are you trying to "Share a Copy" of the Payment Receipt from the mobile app? If so, have you allowed the app access to your media centre (ie emails/images etc)? This should solve the problem if not!
If you have allowed the access but you're still getting the issue, please un-install and re-install the app to ensure you have the latest version. If that doesn't work, pop us an email to Forum@Bankwest.com.au with some more information, and we'll get our Mobile Team to take a further look into this.
