We have just switch bank from ANZ to Bank West and NetSuite is our accounting software.
I didnot have any problem uploading the aba file to ANZ but it seems impossible with Bank West. I have tried to ring help desk a few times but got no help. The most helpful conversation was to direct me to this forum and so far, i found no one with similar problem. I beleive its not a software issue as things work fine with ANZ.
Is there anyone out there have the same problem as i have?

Hi @abafrustrated, I've just checked with our team and they've given me a few tips that may help. It would be good to check if your accounting software has the option "Enable self balancing line / self balancing line required" - you may need to go into settings of your account softward to enable this option. You may also find some helpful information here

Thanks, all work now.
Just that the accounting software uses different terminology as its a worldwide software. Sorry, i am a bit scarcastic here.
