Hey @Nphi this can be done through your online banking/the app by selecting 'Payments & transfers' > 'Scheduled payments'.
If the payment doesn't show in the list, this has been created by us so you'll need to get in touch to amend this.
To do this, please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button located to the bottom of the screen, or the 'Ask us' button if using our app, this is at the bottom of the app menu.
