On Friday 14/06/2019 I filled in an International Transfer Application Form to Purchase a Motor Vehicle located overseas. My wife's brother in law offered it to me. What I would like to know is why after a week according to a contact at Bank West Helpline nothing has been received from the branch to indicate a transaction has even taken place. The vehicle was collected by a relative and sits in a garage now in ZA. This is a very embarrassing situation as no one at Bank West has lifted a finger to even lodge the application. Total fail!
