Hi @Emines, if the accounts have been closed, they will no longer show in your online banking. However if the accounts are still active this should not be happening. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone on 13 17 19, or via live chat to assist. You can access live chat by logging into your online banking using a computer (during WA business hours), and selecting the orange "chat now" button.
