While we can't access your account(s) over the Forum @NigelPenny , if you have access to and can log in to Online Banking, your balance(s) will be listed on the home screen Otherwise, you can select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to go over this with you. Alternatively, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
