Important account information does not appear on my bankwest online account.
For example the name of my company or the joint account with my wife!
With only the account number and product name (which is useless to me) I cannot differentiate who owns the account. It is mine, joint with my wife, the company of the superfund.
Please add the name of the entity to my account.descriptions.

I cannot copy an accounts BSB and Account number from Bankwest online. Never come across this in an online banking site before.
What this means is I need to write it or remember the numbers which mean I could make and error.
Please add the BSB and Account number as text the Bankwest online account in a form the text can be copied.
Combine that with no names of the accounts just the silly product name and it makes the online platform very difficult to use. Especially with you have a number of accounts.

Hi @shayne2122 you can update the nicknames of your accounts via online banking by selecting 'Account information' > 'Nicknames' when logged in using your personal PAN and secure code.
You can copy the account information from the 'Account information' page by highlighting the BSB and account number > right click mouse > select 'copy'.
