Hey , I have a hero saver account and I locked myself out and need to reset my password. It’s says I can only call because I don’t do my personal banking with you. Is there anyway I can fix it today?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Online Banking @tmason12 .
You'll need your card details, and access to receive the SMS Code to your registered Australian mobile in order to reset your Secure Code yourself. If you're unable to do this, then we will indeed need to verbally identify you, so that we can get you back up and running. We'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7 to assist with this.
