i had this i tem bought on a person. i have her name and bank account. but no contact number. she sells me a counterfeit item cost $700. i asked her everything for the receipt but didnt provide it. i still have the conversation we had name and bank account. i know its my fault but still hoping that i can do something on it.

Hi @njmg07 I'm sorry to hear this has happened. We can certainly investigate this matter for you. I can't view your accounts through the Forum, but if you have access to a computer you can login to our Messaging service (login to your Online Banking then click 'Message Us Now' down the right hand side, or along the bottom) our team will be able to take a look for you and assist. If you can't get online, our contact centre can assist on 13 17 19 between 8am-8pm your local time. Really hope this helps you get it sorted soon.

I already message one of the customer service but they've told me that i cant get anything back as i have authorised the payment.
