why cant i pay bill

I have been using bpay view to regisster and pay my bills. Now synergy bill is there and it says i must view bill before paying by pressing the view bill button. .nothing happens when I do this. I can go to synergy and view the bill which I do when i recieve notification anyway. Why won't it let me just pay the bill like all the other ones I recieve. I am using tablet no access to pc.

I tried to use bankmail but it says it is not available on a tablet. I pay other bpay bills ok but cant pay synergy  through registered bills as the view bill doesnt work and it says bill must be viewed first. Synergy is the only bill that says that. I have since paid it through the pay bpay section by adding it in there..the bill is still showing in my registered bill as unpaid.

I have just found that if i dont use the bankwest app to access my account, but instead type the bankwest address in and go to my account via internet i can use the view bill button and get directed to the bill, so the problem is in the app..

Hi @ruples, as BPAY view is not a feature offered n our app, you'll need to log in using a computer to be able to access this. Thanks!
