transfers to another bank fail

Whenever I use my phone to transfer funds to a p&n account the funds get returned. I want to transfer to this account regularly and using my oho d is easiest. The receiving account number starts with a zero. Could the app be ignoring it thus causing the problem? I have spoken to p&n and they can’t see a problem their end. Thanks.

Hi @SZ888 proceeding 0s in account numbers are generally "fuller numbers" which will be dropped off during the transfer, this shouldn't cause any issues with the transfer though.

If you click the 'Ask us' button located to the bottom of the app menu, we can look into the transfers to investigate what may be causing these to bounce back. Our Online Messaing Team are available at any time for your convenience.
