Whenever I use my phone to transfer funds to a p&n account the funds get returned. I want to transfer to this account regularly and using my oho d is easiest. The receiving account number starts with a zero. Could the app be ignoring it thus causing the problem? I have spoken to p&n and they can’t see a problem their end. Thanks.

Hi @SZ888 proceeding 0s in account numbers are generally "fuller numbers" which will be dropped off during the transfer, this shouldn't cause any issues with the transfer though.
