overseas

Hi

I live overseas and entered incorrect password on my bankwest app more than 3 times. I am now locked out and the 6 digit pin goes to my Aussie number which I no longer have. Really expensive calling from this part of the world. How do I get my password reset

@Zaheer: From the here's something they prepared earlier file (with apologies to Gabriel Gaté), if you're not willing to turn on your cellular service to receive the code - you need to call them and ask to resolve the issue with your account, and have them to put an SMS code exception in place:

Hi @Zaheer, @thewinchester is exactly correct. The SMS Code can only be sent to a registered Australian mobile number, so if you are unable to access this, an exemption can be put in place. To have this actioned you do need to be verbally identified, so we would ask that you call our Contact Centre on the Reverse Charges number above. Thanks!
