why does the system give you a date range to export data to a csv or a qif file?

I export one months data say November after the end of the month but the programme only allows current listing ; last 7 days ; last 30 days etc which is not useful as your constantly deleting transactions;

Hi @rambler1au, can I please confirm in which context you are referring to here?

I've attached a screenshot, wherein it shows you are able to select "Account Information > Transaction Search" from the left side menu. You can then select an account to choose from, and then a "Custom Date Range" back to 01/01/2015.

This may be better suited to what you're after - I hope this helps!
