Whilst we can certainly take a look at what is happening, we would need to be able to identify you, which we can't do via the Forum I'm sorry. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Message us Now" button on your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance, or you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19.
They'll be able to take a look into the transaction a bit further for you, and go through the dispute process if this is required.
