This is not a good enough answer. It is simply unacceptable for a bank in 2018 not to be offering this option. When I joined Bankwest it had generous interest rates, convenient branch loactions and a web experience that was comensurate with other offerings. Now those interest rates are a thing of the past, your web experience is so badly behind any other major bank its sad and you've closed the majority of your branches. I lost my wallet this week and since you have no branch near me now and no cardless cash option, it turned an inconvenience into major drama. I'm seriously questioning why I bank with you. If you cannot give your customers the answer to when you will be introducing cardless cash, it will be the last straw for me and I will churn my business away to another bank.
