Wrong account transfer

I just transfered some money to a, wront account number. Bow can I revers it before hiting the otger acccount.

Sorry to hear this has happened @Santos.
There are a couple of different scenarios here and I'd like to ensure I give you all of the information I can.
If you've transferred funds to an incorrect account number which has been closed or does not exist, this should bounce back within 3 - 5 business days.
If not, you will need to speak with our Contact Centre to request a recall. It can take up to 5 business days to be actioned, a further few weeks for investigation (dependant on where the funds have been sent - this is a worst case scenario!) and there may be a fee.
The team are available 24/7 to help you out, by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" via the Mobile App, or "Message us Now" from a PC. Otherwise, you can give them a call on 13 17 19 - please do let me know how you go.
