Using the new app I cannot transfer funds. I can put in the details but I cannot send it. It is critical that I can do this now. Also, as I am transferring funds to myself only in another bank how can I up the limit and what is the maximum that I can transfer per day? Thanks

Are you able to be a little more specific @efayesmith about what happens when you're trying to transfer funds?
- Are you unable to complete the transfer and are receiving an error message? If so, what does the error message say?
- If it's something else, can you describe exactly what is going wrong?
As for increasing the daily transfer limit, this needs to be done from Online Banking via the full website or the iPad app (go to Paymens and Transfers > Payment Limits).
Note: You may need to have SMS Security enabled to perform this change.
