Hi @Camo92, your SIM card won't have any impact on your Online Banking - unless you're needing to receive an SMS Code. A temporary exemption can be placed on this until you get a new SIM, you'd just need to call our Contact centre at any time on 13 17 19. This is because they'll need to verbally identify you prior to making any changes to your details. Thanks.
