Hi @Elz888, thanks for getting in touch.
The "Self Service" option is only available via the Full Site. You still may be able to do this from a mobile device (pending your device settings) by selecting "Go to Online Banking" from the Mobile App and logging in there. Some devices will still automatically log you in with the mobile version of the site, so you'll need to ensure you are selecting "Switch to Full Site" if this happens.
