SMS verifcation code while overseas

Hi,
Am currently over seas and traveling Europe and have started using different countries SIM card to save money however because I have a different number I cannot revive my sms verification code when I want to transfer money. Is it possible to turn it off or have the code sent to my email address?

Hi @Jackson13021990, we would need to put an SMS code exemption in place while you are overseas. To do this we need to speak with you over the phone. You can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130.  This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. ^Lynds

Hello, whilst I have been travelling I have had a bar on the smd verification. I was told that this would be in place until I asked for it to be reinstated. A few monthes have passed and now I am in Thailand being sent sms verification to book flights. I cannot use this. I have tried calling the above number to be told it does not exist. Is there a way that I can talk to someone online, or to have control over the sms verification online?

Hello I am overseas and need to pay bills online with my bankwest account. I can't because of my phone not working and the SMS code doesn't arrive.  The reverse charge call (to +61 8 9486 4130) is not possible according to the overseas operator. I need to fix this issue URGENTLY. I'm overseas for a few months and I'll need to access my account for various reasons while I'm away. I need help URGENTLY.  Please contact me RUSH with a solution.
