SMS notifications

Hi, like other people I am currently overseas. I did notify the bank that I needed my SMS notifications ceased but unfortunately this did not occur. 


I need to urgently make a payment and have been unable to use your reverse charge call service. 


I am hoping that someone will be able to contact me to sort this out.
