when I do payments or transfers of funds, it sends me a payment code to my mobile before it will complete the transfer.

I need this turned off, as I will be working in non reception area for 28 days at a time. And I need to pay bills.

How do I do this?

Hi @Nath, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. While our customers are overseas or out of reception we can put an SMS exemption on so payments can still be made. To arrange this SMS exemption you'll need to give us a call on 13 17 19. Thanks!
